We took advantage of the long Easter weekend and went to the Chicago Botanic Gardens.
Not too much was in bloom yet, but it was really fun to walk around and enjoy the sun.
We got a membership so that we can have free parking this year. So any Moms in the area- let me know if you want to go with us sometime during the week!!
Picasa is the computer program we use to organize and edit our photos. It has this “I’m feeling lucky” button that I use to optimize the colors and contrasts of photos. It pretty well sums up how I feel about these two photos:

I was totally going to ask you to come with us to the botanic gardens on Thursday morning but I kept thinking that you had been too many times and you wouldn't want to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha... that's funny!! I've thought about getting a membership too because I LOVE it there!!! I had gotten the museum adventure pass from the library so we could get in free... I showed up the day AFTER it exp. good one. I know.
Next time we are calling YOU!!!!!
baby frank and i would love to go w/ you and lydia to the BGs once it gets a bit warmer! maybe we can recruit erica to come w/ and be our photographer :)
